EXPERIENCE
Ms. Ganous was born, raised and educated in Belarus. After receiving her Juris Doctor degree from Minsk University, Ms. Ganous became licensed as an attorney in Belarus and served as corporate counsel in the food industry handling in-house legal matters involving international transaction and litigation matters between companies in Belarus, Germany, Poland, Holland and Russia. Ms. Ganous was directly involved in drafting contracts and leases, perfecting her client’s intellectual property rights, and implementing operating policies and procedures while supervising outside counsel in litigation and specialty areas such as trademark and patent law, private mergers and acquisitions, and employment law.
Ms. Ganous is HSK’s administrator and also provides paralegal support to the firm’s attorneys in all areas of practice. Ms. Ganous joined HSK’s predecessor firm, Hansen Seto, LLP in 2015, prior to which she garnered the following experience:
